Position Summary

 

The Administrative Manager is responsible for the execution of general administrative functions around the activities and business operations of the Andrea Sonya Practice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

The Administrative Manager stewards the administrative functions of the practice, and supports the operations and communications with our partners, vendors, and merchants.  The incumbent will execute strategic planning initiatives and have oversight for on-going project administration of the Andrea Sonya Practice. This role involves:

 

  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Ability to take initiative and manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Ability to act in a professional and confidential manner with clients and partners

  • Recommends and implements administrative changes

  • Define measurement metrics for operational effectiveness

  • Administers website and informational materials

  • Updates policies and procedures on the administrative and operational processes

  • Conducts surveys, studies, and supports research for business and operational expansion

  • Maintains archives, inventories, or collections of materials or records

  • Works with marketing, technology, and other personnel to support initiatives

 

Skills and Specifications

 

This position is a hands-on position that requires interaction with a global and diverse audience of clients, partners, merchants, and vendors.  The incumbent should be comfortable working with different cultures and languages, and in international countries.  Skills include:

 

  • Exceptional verbal, non-verbal, and/or written communication skills

  • Excellent listening skills and strong relational abilities

  • High proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Comfortable utilizing virtual meeting tools such as Zoom

  • Comfortable with video and virtual meetings 

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills

  • Excellent task and time management skills

  • Decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities

  • Should be honest, proactive, and systemic

 

Qualifications

Bachelors / Associate / or Equivalent Experience
